WGCOS needed a ticketing system for commercial property owners to easily report issues and get updates back on reported items. The admin section had to allow individual assigning to different types of construction and maintenance companies that work for WGCOS.
These companies needed a way to work together and simultaneously track the same ticket or different tickets. We developed a system that allowed commercial property owners to come in and create accounts for their property. They can then create a ticket or work order and attach document or pictures to that work order. An instant email goes out to WGCOS to alert them of a new ticket. They can then log into their system from any web-based computer and update the status of the ticket notifying their client immediately. A team is sent out to take care of the work and the ticket is updated to complete status and the client is notified of the status immediately.
