The module allowed the user to go from an error-prone paper management system only accessible by office users to a robust online job management system accessible from around the country. The module also reduced the overhead in managing installation jobs and resource management.
The job scheduler utilizes a robust calendar management system that allows the user to create installation job templates and apply them to date range to quickly create job slots for each day. The users can then fill the job slots as installation requests come in. Each slot allows for the entry of the installation job information including the salesperson who sold the job, the details of the installation, the installation team and the person that booked the installation.
