Google Checkout Integration

Our client felt that the addition of Google Checkout to their existing payment options would provide tremendous value to his customers.  MVI took the source code for the existing system and modified it to provide Google Checkout as an alternate payment method to the existing merchant account gateway.

For Houseflags.com, we did a custom integration of Google checkout per the specifications provided by Google.  Rather than completely switching over to Google we integrated it in such a way that the buyer would have a choice when it came to which way they wanted to pay . This provides the customer flexibility and creates additional peace-of-mind.  As and added bonus customers who have a Google account could now purchase more easily and could feel comfortable knowing that Google stood behind the transaction. This system is built on MVI’s LAMP platform.
