Jeanne Ritt decided to leave the big real estate companies and strike out on her own to start her own business. She came to MVI to develop a website that would display her properties. Special attention had to be paid to her ‘featured sites’ since her specialty was on Horse Farms.

An elegant and tasteful site was designed by involving Jeanne in the creation along the way. Our designers were able to execute her vision of a site from her sketched that went beyond her expectations.

In addition to being visually appealing, the site needed some serious programming. We had to pull in thousands of listings from the MLS group that she belonged to. The listing needed to be displayed on her site just as her other properties were. The enourmous amount of listings required simple friendly navigation and an easy to use search box to find properties.

Jeanne has used this site to become her own boss in the real estate industry, keeping MVI as her technology consultant to make sure her site stays modern and provide answers to questions that would normally go to an IT department.
