Our client needed a comprehensive system to take 15 different sites and catalog all request forms that are filled out on each. MVI built a tool to manage all of these lead sources and we also created the system which routes the leads to marketing account holders with Onrite.
For Onrite, we created a complete lead management and routing system for their informational/sales sites. Onrite has 15 unique sites that are designed for different customers. Each site had a different focus and potentially different lead type. MVI created a management tool which would allow Onrite to oversee each sites activity and assign marketing customers to each site. As leads came to these sites, the system would present them with banners for the marketing customers associated with it (based on Zip code). Once the lead fills out the form, it is captured and emailed to the appropriate marketing account. As an admin, Onrite can see all the activity and monitor the behaviors of the leads. This system is built on MVI's LAMP platform.
